Install Tank House/Sump Pump Powerpoint

This will be on the north side of the tanks, it'll be a bessa block tank house on top of a concrete slab.

The pump house will have a double powerpoint for powering the house pump and the sump pump.

The pump house will also have a pressure tank for smoothing the pressure drops.

The tanks will be on their manifold which then connects to the pump over 25mm blue line, then the pump will connect to the pressure tank, before heading to the house again as 25mm blueline.

the blueline will be burried ~40cm below ground for the house supply. with power coming through a different trench (about 50-60cm deep).
