    Would likely do a small concrete pad for the 35L/minute pump so it could be affixed and just connected/disconnected to the IBC as needed.

    You'd probably also want a camlock setup that allows you to fill the ibc from the dam? - Footvalve on a a bit of a hose with a camlock? Or would there just be a static pump down there anyway?
